Frequently Asked Questions

AirX is an innovative air quality device. It uses a proprietary material containing phytoplankton in combination with a nanofilter membrane to address a wide range of gaseous and particulate pollutants.

AirX generates oxygen (O2), consumes less energy than traditional air purifiers, occupies a small area, operates quietly, and absorbs various gases such as CO2, SO2, and NOx. The AirX filter further enhances its capabilities by preventing dust, dirt, cigarette smoke, pollen, allergens, small insects, mold spores, and other bacterial spores from entering your living space.

AirX is designed with the safety of children in mind. In the event of an accidental spill, simply unplug it first. If the AirX Recharge (the O2 nutrient solution containing phytoplankton) is not contaminated and the container is intact, you can add more nutrients and water to restore functionality. As an extra precaution, we recommend not leaving AirX directly on the ground where small children play.

Using AirX Recharge is a breeze. After the initial feeding, the phytoplankton multiply, increasing their concentration (turning dark green). When more biomass accumulates (every 60 days), simply drain 2/3 of the tank, then refill it with clean water and the provided nutrients. This straightforward process ensures the continuous purification of your air.

Yes, you can touch AirX Recharge without any issues. There is no risk of an allergic reaction.

Depending on your package (Basic, Standard, or Premium), you will receive the following: an AirX device, nutritional supplements, AirX Recharge, instructions with warranty and technical specifications, an air quality sensor, a cleaning kit that includes a brush and a microfiber cloth for easy maintenance, and a personal branding option.

We recommend replacing AirX Recharge at least once every two months. Over extended periods, other harmless but potentially invasive species might colonize the AirX Recharge, impacting the effectiveness of the original phytoplankton strain.

Distilled or mineral water is recommended, but tap water can also be used. However, high chlorine levels in tap water may kill the phytoplankton or slow their growth.

AirX Recharge is a versatile air purification solution. It is formulated specifically for air purification, not for consumption or cosmetic use. We do not recommend using it for any purpose other than air purification and cannot be held responsible for unintended use. Its effectiveness and safety are guaranteed when used as directed.

No, AirX Recharge does not require direct sunlight. The photosynthesis process functions effectively under LED lighting, allowing you to place AirX wherever you prefer.

Yes, the color of AirX Recharge changes from pale green to dark green over time. This indicates that the phytoplankton are growing.

Instead of discarding used AirX Recharge, we recommend using it to water houseplants or trees. It can have a positive impact on the root system and soil. You can pour it down the sink if you don't have any plants. We hope this FAQ section addresses your questions about AirX. If you have any inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us.
